AP Architecture Ltd have been appointed for the development of a New Carehome in Wolverhampton.

Planning Permission has been granted, works are on site, and the development is due to complete Spring 2009.

This scheme provides 77 bedrooms in total all ensuite, with 50% also providing shower facilities.

Hotel services are located at 2nd floor level within the roof area, which includes kitchens, staffrooms and training support areas.
